Mobile dust collector applications
A BlueSky® mobile dust collector can be used to filter out airborne particulates generated in all areas of industry, thereby preventing these pollutants from entering the environment. From simple nuisance dust (e.g. sandblasting, refractory dust) to hazardous contaminants (e.g. hexavalent chrome, asbestos). Filtration quality can range from M-Class to HEPA.
A BlueSky® mobile dust collector can include workspace-containment, air extraction hoods, and the ducting connecting the containment-space with the BlueSky® Air Cleaner/s.
Ultra fine air-borne particles breathed in are carcinogenic and may cause upper respiratory disease and failure. Such contamination, when breathed in, passes through the permeable membranes of our lungs and enters the bloodstream. Therefore, small-sized particles can cause cancer and emphysema, irrespective of the particle composition i.e. they don't have to be a toxic substance or a known carcinogen.

A BlueSky air-cleaning system can handle hazardous and non-hazardous dust types. It can also be configured as a dry-scrubbing system to capture or neutralize gaseous contaminants. A single BlueSky machine can induce 2,500 - 60,000 SCFM. Each machine is mobile, or can be placed on a fixed stand based on the project need.
