A BlueSky® dust collector for thermal spray, is both modular and sectional. Sections are bolted together and various modules are fitted inside the sections. This makes every BlueSky dust collector a custom unit that we put together for you, based on the dust collecting capacity you require and what type of dust or fume you need to capture. Because of that, you never pay for power you don't need.
HEPA filtration. True HEPA filtration is included with every machine, ensuring safety on your site.
The "secret weapon" of a BlueSky® dust collector is the SmartBox® module. This module contains the filters and captures the dust. For this reason, on-site personnel never comes in contact with dirty filters and, if the SmartBox®is used in its sealed: configuration, also not with dust the collected dust.
BlueSky service contracts include onsite filter change outs performed by highly trained BlueSky technicians. With this service, your dust collector will be up and running again in a few minutes, rather than the hours or days it takes to service other machines. With a BlueSky service contract you'll save time, money, and personnel, and dust collector maintenance will be a breeze.
Dust collectors, short-term & long-term rentals
We offer industrial dust collectors as short-term rentals, as well as long-term rentals. Each size in the BlueSky® Gladiator® line-up is expandable, even after it has been put in place. This is done by simply adding another section. This need may arise when a project unexpectedly requires HEPA filtration or when a project needs to handle more dust than anticipated.

The SmartBox option
Safety. The optional use of a SmartBox adds an extra layer of safety, essential when lead, asbestos, or other dangerous dust is present.
HEPA Filtration. When a SmartBox is used, the (optional) HEPA filters and the collected dust are locked together inside the SmartBox (sits in the blue carrier) —therefore personnel never needs to touch dangerous dust or dirty filters.

A BlueSky air-cleaning system can handle hazardous and non-hazardous dust types. It can also be configured as a dry-scrubbing system to capture or neutralize gaseous contaminants. A single BlueSky machine can induce 2,500 - 60,000 SCFM. Each machine is mobile, or can be placed on a fixed stand based on the project need.
